I do not 'like' Fahima's delusory and extremely selective thinking. But she behaved well, even if she spent a good deal of time interrupting her opponent - It was still good natured strong debate. My only regret is that the ladies were placed too close together. I feel for formal debate a bit of distance enables more concentration on the issues, and less on the emotions. Perhaps Dan will consider an ongoing conversation, because, much as I hate the politically subversive Islamic ideology, conversations which are ongoing are vital. The Islamic tradition is an enormous challenge to the West and we have to meet it head on. Let us not "go meekly into the night" which will come on this Earth were Islam to succeed in blackmailing, gaslighting and lying its way into real political power. As for The Bible instructing women to remain covered; she needs to be reminded that when Jesus was crucified, the veil “old/former” rules and practices were modified. Yes, modesty is to be practiced but women were no longer Required to wear tunics and head coverings.
