Nobody wanted Sunak and he knew it, which is why it didn't go to a members vote. All he wants is 'British PM' written on his CV to further his ambitions when he defects to the USA, he has zero interest in the UK. Liz Truss was stitched up in the same way that Boris was. Democracy is all but dead.

Liz Truss ruffled a few feathers that is for sure!

The entire system is broken. Nothing any politician does or says now is trustworthy (if they ever were) regardless whether they are left or right! Realistically Pishi Sunak is a bot put in power by organisation we will never understand or know about. He is no Conservative and holds zero conservative values.

“Stop the boats” Bawbag!

When the election does come we will have a labour government for certain, no one will vote Tory with those two buffoons in power Sunak/HUNT.

We will have to suffer the diabolical efforts of Labour for 4+ years simple because I do not think ReformUK will have a big enough vote right now. I personally think after those long painful years in power ReformUK will grow massively in scale.

No one is going to forget what Sunka has done to the Conservative Party in four years time.

No one will be able to stomach another four years of flip flop Starmer.

The two party system right now is not working for me.

I am angry with the lot of them…….I cannot mention anything SNP or I might commit a hate crime and end up in a jail cell with Isla 😡

I have already watched the Frazer Nelson and Nigel Farage interviews with Liz Truss and your article is spot on Dan. John McTernan also interviewed by Farage had the gall to mock Liz 'blaming everyone else'. Too dam right she is, but she hasn't stayed quiet, she has addressed the elephant in the room, the system (as she politely calls it) needs to change but it's being undermined by dark forces, not least of which are best buddies Graham Brady and his lap dog Willie Wragg both of whom are conveniently 'standing down' after doing their dirty work. Rats and sinking ships come to mind.

Hi Dougie,

Ahh I see. So tourists can no longer claim the VAT on departure. That is odd but a few laws have surprised me of late particularly the Scottish hate laws. I am Scottish decent and visit Scotland as much as I can. I usually travel to the UK at least every 2 years and I did see an interview on GB news yesterday where this lovely elderly lady was arrested on unfounded complaints from her neighbour and of course released without charge. It was horrendous.

Thanks for clearing that up for me.

I am so disillusioned with politics in this country and, though it pains me to say this, I will not be voting in the next General Election. I know I should, even if it’s only to honour the memory of those brave women who fought all those years ago for our right to vote. I am a huge fan of Liz Truss. She had the guts to set out her stall, and had a real vision over how the country should be governed.

For the last 14 years, the Conservatives have campaigned from the right, and governed from the left. They have been fundamentally dishonest with the electorate as a whole, and treated their supporters with contempt. The argument that we should vote Conservative, simply on the basis that Labour will be worse is appalling, and tantamount to blackmail. 'If you don't let us take your house off you, the other guys will burn it down' - a plague on both their households.

Liz Truss may have been naïve, in assuming that the civil service would actually do their jobs, rather than follow their own agenda. In her zeal to get something done before the election wipeout, she didn't take on board two old political truisms; that politics is the art of the possible - invariably illustrated at The Home Office - as so well pointed out by David Blunkett, John Reid, Amber Rudd, Priti Patel, Suella Braverman etc - but also that your enemies are behind you. It's the opposition that's in front.

I think the notion of Globalists, Thatcherites and Passengers is excellent, although I would put it as Globalists, conservatives and Passengers.

It is quite shocking that more journalists are not writing about this. Truss was humiliated and bullied and I always felt an air of misogyny at Westminster in the way she was reported and dealt with. She needed to find her feet. The Queens death was a shocking second day at work event. She had no gradual run in to the job. The globalists couldn’t control her so they destroyed her. And now they’ve destroyed the party. Even though our current PM is unelected. This is no longer a democratic country in so many ways. Thank you Dan for articulating the truth. Keep up this essential work.

I hate to say it but the left have played a blinder here. Blair, the ultimate strategist set all this in motion during his tenure.

He is probably the greatest strategic thinker in generations. And people on the whole barely seemed to notice. He is different level clever. I cant stand the guy, he should be in jail as far as I am concerned, but you have to give him credit.

He observed quite correctly that labour couldnt win the economic argument. How many times have they had power in the last hundred years?

Even Kinnock agreed that the argument was lost after his last defeat.

Blair set about changing the argument. Change the game from economics to culture. Culture is where it is at.

He then went to work, changing institutions like the civil service, universities, schools etc... he set up institutions to cement his ideas in law.. A modern day Trojan horse of Troy.

Education education? What he meant was Indoctrination. Indoctrination.

He invaded an entire country for nothing and walked away scott free? A full, unwarranted Invasion... An Attack!

Then he managed to successfully change the narrative around the whole world!

He got everyone in his party and his friends in the main stream media and powerful people in Europe to repeat the word 'War'..

Quite brilliant! But it wasnt a war was it?... it was an invasion... an attack.

Over time even his enemies starting referring to it as a war. Opposition politicians, right wing media outlets, everyone started referring to it as a war. He played you like a fiddle.

His political stances makes it difficult to attack him. Help for Heroes? Who will argue with that?

And now they have the climate. Brilliant move. People are more likely to pay more into the system if they think they are doing something good... like saving the world.

These people have obviously never seen a globe, and seen how tiny our little island is in relation to the rest of the globe. Pay me money and I'll stop the sun shining. Tuh!

But its not like that, I can hear people say.. we want people to breath cleaner air in London?

Wouldnt you prefer healthy lungs?... I would, but give me £15 and fuck their lungs, youre allowed in... if the moneys right.

But what about the the climate and the healthy lungs? If the money is right... fuck em!

In reality people living in London and the South East over the past 100yrs have always had the highest life expectancy in the country. Average life expectancy is 10yrs longer than people in the north or west.

All that clean air in West Wales or Scotland or North of England. Its very green around there.

And then you get London and South East, with all that congestion, all those cars, trucks, buses, mopeds, delivery vans, vapors and smokers, gas boilers chugging away, and airports surrounding the area completely, Gatwick, Stanstead, Heathrow, City airport, Biggin Hill, Luton.. all the planes concentrated in one place?

They should have the lowest life expectancy shouldnt they? Economic advantages wont count if you step outside into that killer air?

A millionaire marathon runner in London cannot possibly outlive a farmer in the cotswolds or mid wales. His wealth or fitness cannot help him if the air he sucks in daily is so toxic? Poor guy has no chance surely?

The data on life expectancy proves the clean air argument is a load of bull. Im waiting for khan to announce this data as proof of his policies working. Of course he will only use one or two recent years to help his propaganda.

There are so many aspects of today that started back then...

I think the mass movement of people across Europe was devised in Davos. In the Uk, the boats will stop when Blair wants them to stop.

Starmer is not his own man. That man couldnt punch his way out of a paper bag... literally! (Neither is Rishi by the way) Or on the other side of the pond, leaders are mouthpieces now thats all. They dont control shit.

The boats will continue until Labour get in power, then the argument will be made again for ID cards, using migrants as the reason for having them. Public will have been beaten down by it all by then and will agree willingly.

Blair has never let go of ID cards. He still talks about it now. He will get it through along with compulsory vaccination to travel or restricted movement.. your choice. And a social credit system. Essentially, they want you to own nothing and 'rent a life' off them

Watch how quick they will try to regulate digital currency. Socialism is about power and control.

And worst of all, its become fashionable.

So you cant fight it at the moment. Like all fashions, it will change over time. Probably after some kind of war or economic collapse.

This has happened before in history. Hitler, Stalin, many more. Control is what motivated them, and amazingly their public went along with it.

Its coming around again.

The Berlin wall came down, uniting socialist east with capitalist west.

When the wall fell... which way did the people run?
