Dear Lord , what am I reading ? This will break her . This is beyond awful … I’ve signed every petition to get this lady , this wife, this mother out to be reunited with her family …. What can we do ? To help her ? I truly despair. I’m so sorry … I do hope she knows just how many people feel for her .

Please can I add, …. Grieving mother, over the loss of her small son.

I add that Susan because that alone should have prevented her being sent to prison, - it a circumstance that changes the rules of sentencing particularly for women, mothers. Then of course there are, were, the other extenuating circumstances, - a young daughter/sister needing help to understand why small brother no longer, …. and husband suffering illness. And yet, with what in her life should have kept her out of jail, Lucy has not been allowed a leave pass for Christmas nor since when husband had an acute phase of illness. The Governor of prison and Prison Authorities denied her.

So for sake of Starmer and Hermer’s ideology and rule by fear which became apparent last year, a whole family, into another generation will be affected for the worse of mind, relationships, employment, ….

Common sense and fairness don’t apply with Starmer Sarah as you should know. He just looks at THE LAW and using it for his own ends. It’s all he knows.

It was his pal Hermer that literally signed off that Lucy go to jail, - which tells us straight out, Law and Politics no longer separate as meant to be in the parts of out Constitution that do exist. …… Of course it Blair that smudged the divide when he messing our Courts, Judiciary in his creating a Supreme Court, and my golly Starmer has used it!

Is the prison Governor and his staff Muslim?

This total miscarriage of justice is not justice and a scar on the credulity of our British judicial system.

Never been any mention of staff Muslim, unlikely.

The Governor of the prison when she refused the pass for Christmas and again later was female.

Yes. I knew that, but she is now, I believe in a different location so who has not protected her from this violence by staff and responsible for putting her in cell area normally reserved for violent, serious criminals - which Lucy certainly is not.

Here’s the info in Dan’s item. I’ll leave you to research who the governor is as that not mentioned.

‘ And last Thursday she was subjected to the most disgusting treatment behind bars at HMP Peterborough (she had recently moved to the prison from HMP Drake Hall in Staffordshire to be closer to her family), when she was told unexpectedly that she would have to move to a different wing and a dirty cell where someone had recently died. It’s a unit designed for the most violent prisoners where she is locked up for 23 hours a day

When she questioned the move, it was immediately interpreted as a refusal and was dealt with in an extremely forceful manner as if she was refusing to move.’

Something has to happen now! Right now! Get her out of there!

She ain’t going anywhere until her 40% is up in late August. She will spend every single day they sentenced her too and has had no ROTL that even violent offenders get. My guess is they’ll try to provoke her to get a reaction so that she won’t get a release on licence after 40% is served. This is political and she’s a political prisoner.

I had some sympathy with prison warders who have to deal with violent scum like Rudakubana and Abedi but if this is how they bully harmless and helpful people like Mrs Connolly they’re as bad as the scum they spend their days with and deserve what they get.

This has to be raised, how disgusting, that poor woman. Our justice system is corrupt, it's sickening

A corrupt justice system depends on the corruption of its judiciary.

Is Britain’s judiciary corrupted or do we conclude that foolish stupidity is more likely?

Can we cite Lammy, Hermer, Starmer, Miliband, Rayner, Reeves, Cooper in evidence for the one or the other case?

Not an easy question to answer

with that lot, is it?

Are we supposed to have concern that our prison officers are under attack after hearing this?

It seems they bring it on themselves if this is how they treat a woman who never hurt a fly.

The governor at the prison where Tommy was should be ashamed of how she allowed him to be treated. These people must have no conscience . How much are they being paid !?

The saddest part for me is thar she should have pleaded not guilty and she probably would have been found not guilty by a jury. Her legal team has a lot to answer for.

She needs to bring those who did to justice once she is released , including the prison governor.

What's complete an out of baskets around... We need to see private prosecutions taking against anybody who manhandled her... We need to see all communications regarding from judges police prison authorities & MPs.... no communication can be off limits.... We need to know what instructions have been given.

She’s in jail! They’ll say she resisted being moved and had to be restrained and forced to move! Private prosecutions don’t work in this world.

This lady should not be in prison and I fully support those trying to get her released. I do however question the use of an obviously faked or enhanced photograph to show facial injuries. This will not help her case on any way.
